Audit Senior Executive
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
- Undertake a wide variety of assignments in the provision of other high value-added services i.e., financial due diligence, special purpose audit and review, financial reporting standards advisory etc.
- Lead and oversee audit engagement, which include audit planning, field work and audit reporting.
- Research and analyse financial statement and audit related issues.
- Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business and demonstrate professional interest in providing our clients with quality service.
- As a portfolio leader, you must develop and motivate the engagement staff, and provide them with counselling and career guidance.
- Report to Partners/Directors/Managers.
Requirements
- Degree in accountancy or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/MICPA/CPA Australia with 3-4 years working experience in mid or large sized accounting firm.
- Good command of English language, written and spoken.
- Good leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
- Good interpersonal skill and proactive approach are essential.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.

Audit Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling a portfolio of audit clients under the guidance and supervision of a manager/director/partner.
- Undertake a wide variety of assignments in the provision of other high value-added services i.e., financial due diligence, special purpose audit and review, financial reporting standards advisory etc.
- Participate in audit engagement, which include audit planning, field work and audit reporting.
- Research and analyse financial statement and audit related issues.
- Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business and demonstrate professional interest in providing our clients with quality service.
- Report to Partners/Directors/Managers.
Requirements:

Responsibilities

Audit Vacation Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers/Seniors in audit field work and finalisation of working paper.
- Work closely with Managers/Seniors on various job assignments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Commerce or equivalent.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Good initiative to learn and responsible.
- Computer literature and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Internship duration at least 3 months.
Human Resources Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities:
As part of the team, you will play an important role in:
1. Talent Management
- Assist in recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate orientation session and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience.
- Assist in employee appointment, confirmation and exit process.
- Assist in application for employment pass/dependent pass/social visit pass matters.
2. Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in conducting market survey and benchmarking exercise, including data collection and analysis.
3. Employee Relations
- Assist in handling routine employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
4. HR Policy and Process Improvement
- Assist in reviewing, updating and implementing the HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and company policies.
5. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including letters and contracts.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic HR files.
6. Others
- Assist in company events such as the CSR, annual dinner, company trip, sports and social activities etc.
- Assist in HR-related social media posts.
- Liaise with accounting professional bodies (i.e. ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA) for student affairs matters.
- Arrange accommodation for Japanese expatriates or secondment employees.
- Perform special assignments and ad hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience as an HR generalist, and experience in the professional services firm is added advantage.
- Well-verse with the Malaysia Employment Act and related legislation.
- Good command of English – written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Good team player.
- Proactive self-starter with analytical mind and problem-solving skills,
- Meticulous and high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
