Human Resources Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Management
- Assist in recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate orientation session and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience.
- Assist in employee appointment, confirmation and exit process.
- Assist in application for employment pass/dependent pass/social visit pass matters.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in conducting market survey and benchmarking exercise, including data collection and analysis.
- Employee Relations
- Assist in handling routine employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- HR Policy and Process Improvement
- Assist in reviewing, updating and implementing the HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and company policies.
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including letters and contracts.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic HR files.
- Others
- Assist in company events such as the CSR, annual dinner, company trip, etc.
- Liaise with accounting professional bodies (i.e. ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA) for student affairs matters.
- Arrange accommodation for Japanese expatriates or secondment employees.
- Perform special assignments and ad hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience as an HR generalist, and experience in the professional services firm is added advantage.
- Well-verse with the Malaysia Employment Act and related legislation.
- Good command of English – written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Good team player.
- Proactive self-starter with analytical mind and problem-solving skills,
- Meticulous and high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Accounts Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide outsourcing services to clients, such as general accounting advisory, review of monthly accounting record, monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting servicing (including SST returns) and payroll services.
- Participate in the end-to-end process of servicing clients.
- Assist client’s external auditors or tax agents through provision of required/relevant client’s accounting data and/or assist in the verification of audit or tax queries.
- Report to Senior Managers and Partner.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or finance, or professional qualification such as MICPA-CAANZ, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent with 1-2 years working experience in area of accounting.
- A partly professionally qualified candidate with the required experience will also be considered.
- Able to handle full spectrum of accounting functions for a portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Xero or QNE accounting software inclusive of payroll is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SST regulations and implications.
- Familiar with financial reporting work processes and requirements in compliance with current Malaysian accounting standards.
- Good command of English language, written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skill and proactive approach are essential.
- Able to work independently.
Audit Assistant Executive
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling a portfolio of audit clients.
- Undertake a wide variety of assignments in the provision of other high value-added services i.e., financial due diligence, special purpose audit and review, financial reporting standards advisory etc.
- Report to Partners /Directors /Managers /Seniors.
Requirements
- Degree in accountancy or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/MICPA-CAANZ/CPA Australia.
- Good command of English language, written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skill and proactive approach are essential.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.
Audit Vacation Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers/Seniors in audit field work and finalisation of working paper.
- Work closely with Managers/Seniors on various job assignments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Commerce or equivalent.
- Good communication and internship skills.
- Good initiative to learn and responsible.
- Computer literature and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Internship duration at least 3 months.
